As our Guests at our Disney Fairy Tale Wedding, you will have the option of buying special Wedding Passes to the parks. However, there are many types of admission available to Walt Disney World, and I recommend you look over the different tickets and prices and decide which one would be best for you. Be realistic, and think about where you wish to go and how much you will be able to do in the time that you are in Disney. Most of the Passes allow you to Park Hop, meaning you can visit any or all of the Major Parks (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM, and Animal Kingdom) as often as you would like during that day.
Our Wedding Day will be an almost day-long affair, with 3-5 hours in the late afternoon/early evening as yours to do with as you please. You can use this time to nap, go swimming at the resort pools or at any of the Water Parks, go into the Parks, or do with as you choose. Depending on what you want to do with this time, you may not wish to purchase Park Admission for this day (or you may wish to spend it on Water Park admission). If you do not have Park Admission for the day, please let us know in advance. Our dessert party will be in Epcot, and there is a $12.00 viewing fee for any guest that does not have park admission. This needs to be paid in advance, so please let us know as soon as possible.
You do not need Park Admission to take part in our Wedding, Welcome Party, or Goodbye Character Breakfast. For those not interested in the Parks, there are many things to see and do in Disney that does not require Admission into the Four Major Parks. I have included information on Other Admissions and Recreational Activities further below. Remember, especially for those on a budget, to plan realistically on what you will be doing, and buy admission accordingly.
Following are the Park Prices in brief. Descriptions of what is included in the different park admissions will follow afterwards. All prices are for 2001, and are Adult prices. (Children prices are available, and children under 3 are admitted free of charge). These prices include tax, and have been rounded off to the nearest dollar.
The numbers in parenthesis are the prices for Disney Club members.

Wedding ticket prices
are only offered through the Disney "Save the Date" mailing and must be purchased
at least 30 days before arrival. Tickets include one visit to Pleasure Island
OR DisneyQuest with 2 and 3 day passes; 4/5 admissions to Pleasure Island
and/or DisneyQuest with 4 and 5 day tickets, respectively. Moving from park
to park ("park hopping") is allowed. Unless
you want add-ons like the water-parks, or don't mind just seeing one park
every day this is almost definately the most cost effective option for visits
of 2-5 days.
(Disney will be sending information on purchasing
these tickets to all of our guests.)
Day passes can only be purchased at Disney resorts, or any of the parks. This ticket allows you entry to one park per day. You may not move from park to park with this ticket. Compared to the wedding prices, the only way this is cost effective is if you only want to do one day-one park.
Park Hopper passes may be purchased at most Disney stores, Disney World hotels, online at DisneyWorld.com, or any of the parks. These passes allow you to move from park to park for four or five days. Each day you use the ticket, it counts as one day off your pass and you may go to and from as many parks as you like that day. Unused days never expire (and thus can be used on future vacations - even if it is 10 years from now!). This does not include admission to Pleasure Island or any of the water parks.
Park Hopper Plus passes allow you to move from park to park for the specified number of days on your pass. Each day you use the ticket, it counts as one day off your pass. You can go to and from the four theme parks as you like. There are "plus" admissions with each pass. These plus admissions include your choice of Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon, Pleasure Island, DisneyQuest, and Disney's Wide World of Sports. 5 day = 2 plus admissions, 6 day = 3 plus admissions, 7 day = 4 plus admissions. Note, if you go to Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon in one day, you have used 2 "plus" admissions.
Ultimate Park Hopper Passes (formerly called Unlimited Magic Passes) are only offered to resort guests and may only be purchased at Disney resorts. These passes offer unlimited admission to Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM Studios, Animal Kingdom, Pleasure Island, the three water parks, Disney Quest, and Disney's Wide World of Sports. Guests may park hop with these. These passes are purchased according to how many nights you are staying at the hotel. For example, if you are staying two nights, you are limited to the 3 day ticket. Tickets are good only for the length of your hotel stay and may not be used on future trips. However, if you want to be able to "see it all" during your stay and don't want to have to worry about what you can see when, this is a good pass.
The Disney Club Membership is a great way to save money on your trip. Not only can it provide discounts of 10%-20% on Resort Rates, but it also gives you discounts on Ticket Admissions. You can also get discounts on many other things, including discounts on select dining, merchandise, and more. Go to http://www.disneyclub.com for more information.
Important Note for Our Guests: If you decide you wish to purchase Admission other than Wedding Passes and wish to get the Disney Club discount, John and I can buy your admission on your behalf. Please contact us if you wish to do this. You would need to give us the money first, and then we would buy your admission through the Disney Store using our discount. This can take several weeks, so if you wish to do this, do not wait for the last minute! We cannot do this for your for Ultimate Park Hopper tickets, as these must be bought at the resort.
Also, Disney Club discounts can sometimes be applied to more than one person. For example, we can get discounts on Miniature Golfing for ourselves and three guests. We also receive special discounts for Annual Passes, and can pass those savings on to you.

Other Admission Tickets:
(John's Note: Depending on the Admission you have, some or all of the following may already be covered in your admission. However, for those who wish to purchase admission separately, or who are not buying full Park Admissions, here are the ticket prices. Also note that you don't have to do any of the things listed here. We are just providing the prices. :) )
