Airfare is, I suspect, a topic near and dear to many of our guests... after all, everyone (except for Scotty!) lives in New England, and so needs to get down to Disney. And to help you all out, I've been hunting for airfare bargains. Though the travel bargains in late August won't start for a few months yet, I will alert you as soon as we have more information.
US Airways Wedding Discount!
We have arranged a discount with US Airway for all of our wedding guests. This is a special discount, above and beyond their lowest applicable fares, and is available to all for travel between August 19 to August 29, 2001.
Discounts: From All Points on US Airways' Route System:
First/Envoy Class or Lowest Applicable Published Fares:
5% off following all rules and restrictions.
10% off with 60 day advance reservations/ticketing required.
All other rules and restrictions apply.Unrestricted Applicable "Y" Published Fare Types or B8US / B4AUS Fares:
10% off with 7 day advance reservations/ticketing required.
15% off with 60 day advance reservations/ticketing required.
All other rules and restrictions apply.
Restrictions:
- Travel valid round trip US Airways, US Airways
Express, US Airways Shuttle and MetroJet by US Airways August 19 - 29,
2001.
- No circle trips or additional stopovers permitted.
- Changes on the return are allowed at anytime
provided applicable class of service is available and minimum stay requirements
are met. Standby is allowed on return flights only for the ticketed date of
departure. The standard service charge applies to ticket reissues and cancellations
per fare rules.
- All discounted fares are capacity controlled.
- Discounts are not combinable with other discounts
or promotions.
- Fares do not include surcharges or Passenger
Facility Charges.
- The potential number of US Airways passengers
is 10. A minimum of 10 passengers traveling via US Airways is required to
qualify for the above discounts.

Current Airfares & Specials
Airfare bargains to Orlando in late August are coming and going right now, and often seem hit or miss. We have been sending out emails to all of our guests as we see them, but I cannot stress enough how quickly you need to act on these. As we move into the summer, hopefully we will be seeing more of these specials.
John and I are monitoring the airfares on a weekly basis, and are receiving the emails from most of the major Airlines for airfare from New England to Orlando in late August. We will be posting current travel rates here for everyone to see. If we find a bargain, we will send out an email and post it up here. Until travel bargains for late August begin, these fares will not likely change much.
