Our last group dinner, before the majority of our friends and family left on Sunday, was held at L'Original Alredo di Roma restaurant in the Italy pavilion in EPCOT. All of our wedding guests who were still in Disney at the time (except for my brothers) met us for dinner at 5:00pm. We watched the masquerade outside while we waited for everyone to arrive, and then moved into the foyer of the restuarant once everyone was there.

We had a long wait before we were seated, at several adjacent tables in one corner of the main dining room. John and I found ourselves in the middle of our friends, all laughing and chatting and having a wonderful time despite the wretched heat. It was truly wonderful to be surrounded by those we loved, and to know that they were here to celebrate with us - and were thoroughly enjoying themselves in the process.

The food was pretty good, though fairly expensive. Thankfully John and I were tucked away from the waitstaff, and our family and friends kept all problems away from our attention, letting us enjoy the day. It was a nice dinner, together with everyone, one final time.

We spent about two hours in the restaurant, talking and eating, not wanting to let the moment end. But slowly time ticked by, and Cirque du Soleil was looming ever closer. Finally, we settled up the bill and said our goodbyes. Those not going to see La Nouba headed back to the parks or to the resorts, and the remainder of us prepared to make our way over to Downtown Disney for the evening's show, and then to meet afterwards at DisneyQuest.
