Most
of our remaining wedding guests (with a few exceptions) were leaving today,
and so we planned one finally meet at MGM Studios before they all departed.
Unfortunately, we did not plan it as well as we did our meeting at Epcot,
for people were unsure at what time they would be willing to drag themselves
out of bed after a long evening. We decided that we would try to meet up
at Disney MGM Studios, but made our goodbyes on Saturday night in case we
did not see them. Which turned out to be a good thing to have done.
We
met up with the Best Man and his wife for breakfast, and then made our way
over to Disney MGM Studios. We looked for those who had said they would
meet us at the Entrance, but we could not find them. After waiting for a
bit, we decided plans had fallen through, and made our way into the park.
We kept our eyes open for everyone, but did not see anyone else throughout
the day.
We spent this last day in the parks (for most of our guests, at least, including the Best Man & his wife), enjoying the attractions, riding The Tower of Terror and the Rock'n'Roller Coaster several times, and then enjoying Star Wars and the Muppets 3D before making our way to the Prime Time 50s Café for lunch. Afterwards, we played around in the Honey I Shrunk The Kids playground and watched a few shows, before parting ways for dinner.
We
had wished to meet up with other people before they departed, but we had
had several wonderful days with all of them regardless. We found out afterwards
that we had missed some of them in the park, that others had gone to the
Magic Kingdom instead, and still others had decided to sleep in entirely.
But even despite that, it was a fun day spent in the park.
